This beautiful and modern lakeside home is located on the western side of the Finger Lakes, VERY convenient to Rochester and Buffalo. The house is on the west side of Honeoye lake, on a road which dead ends which ensures some peace and quiet.

Offers gorgeous views, and large deck perfect for entertaining with 6 person hot tub. Lower level patio, lakeside sitting area. There is a large grassy yard across the one lane road. The large two car attached garage can be used by renters, and there is additional parking across the street. ****HOT TUB is winterized on November 1st, and not reopened until May****

The living room is complete with views of the lake, vaulted ceiling open to the second floor and gas fireplace. Plenty of seating for your family and friends. Open stairway and second floor landing looks over the living room.

Open working kitchen has all your basic pots and pans, cooking and bakeware, a dishwasher, and more lake views! Lots of counter space whether you are making that 8 course meal, serving hotdogs and potato salad, or ordered out pizza for the whole crew.

Master suite is complete with gas fireplace, private bathroom with separate tile shower (big enough for two!) and garden tub. King sized bed, walk in closet, and a separate exit to the deck so you can make those middle of the night dips in the hot tub.
